A raspberry-flavoured fibre powder made specifically for children aged two and over. It stirs into water or juice and begins to thicken, so it should be mixed vigorously and drunk promptly, followed by plenty of water through the day.
The blend combines ultra-fine psyllium husk with slippery elm, marshmallow root, barley grass, wheat grass, rosehips, citrus bioflavonoids, linseed and ginger. A symbiotic blend supplies 15 friendly bacteria, including Lactobacillus and Saccharomyces varieties. Together, the soluble and insoluble fibres are designed to support comfortable regularity and a healthy gut environment as part of a balanced diet.
Xylitol provides the light sweetness without added sugar. The formula is gluten-free and dairy-free, with no artificial additives. Several plant ingredients are certified organic, including psyllium husk, spinach, rosehips, linseed and ginger.
The amount changes with age: children aged 2–6 years take half a teaspoon once daily, while children aged 6–12 years take one teaspoon once daily. Keep each serve at least 30 minutes away from medication.
