The formula is plant-based: coconut-based anionic and nonionic surfactants, purified water, sodium bicarbonate and essential oils. Nothing in it is synthetically perfumed, so the lime and eucalypt scent comes from the oils themselves - herbal and citrusy rather than heavily synthetic, and it fades from the kitchen rather than lingering.
In use it is a small squeeze into warm water, then wash and rinse as usual, across plates, cutlery and cookware. Decanting into a clean pump or squeeze bottle makes the 5 L manageable at the sink.
