Mix 2 teaspoons (6 g) into 250 mL of full cream milk or milk of your choice and enjoy hot or cold. Alternatively, sprinkle on yoghurt, fruit or ice cream. Add to baking, smoothies, pancakes or just eat straight off the spoon!

What does it taste like?

Choc Whiz tastes like a sweet chocolate berry drink with choc chunks. We have combined organic cacao, super berries and chocolate chunks that can fix any sweet tooth cravings. Any kid is going to love it!

Are the flavours natural?

Yes! We use premium plant-based flavours that are created using only natural processing methods such as heating, fermenting and pressing. There is nothing artificial in our Choc Whiz.

Is Choc Whiz Gluten-Free?

Yes! The recipe does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients and we make sure that Choc Whiz is manufactured and packed in a gluten-free environment.

Is it pregnancy and breastfeeding friendly?

What are Omega 3 Fatty Acids (DHA and EPA)? And why are they added?

Our body can make most of the fats it needs, but that isn't the case for omega 3 fatty acids. These are essential fat, which means that the body can't make them from scratch, so it must get them from food. There are 3 important fatty acids: alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). ALA is commonly found in most Western diets in plant oils such as flaxseed, soybean and canola oils and some nuts; while DHA and EPA come mainly from fish and other seafood (the reason why most people call them marine omegas). Our body can convert ALA into EPA and DHA, but the conversion is sometimes very limited. That is why it is so important to consume foods or supplements that contain these two omegas. Omega 3s are important for so many reasons, they are components of the membranes that surround each cell in your body; DHA is especially high in the retina (eye) and brain, so it is really important to incorporate this omega 3 into the early stages of life. We have added Omega 3 DHA and some EPA to our product for its brain-boosting capabilities.
