The scent here is rose geranium essential oil - a soft, green-edged floral rather than the heavy rose of a perfumed soap. It carries through the lather and rinses away without lingering on the skin.
Underneath the fragrance it is a plain, well-made castile soap: potassium soaps of organic olive oil and coconut oil in demineralised water, with vegetable glycerine. No synthetic detergents, no foaming agents, nothing to bulk it out. Being a true soap it lathers freely and rinses clean, leaving skin soft rather than tight.
Used neat it is a body wash or a hand soap and works in the hair as well. Diluted one part soap to ten parts water it becomes a general household cleaner, which is where the bottle really stretches - the same 250 mL covers the shower and the kitchen bench.
