A small squeeze is enough. The formula is concentrated, so a bottle this size lasts far longer than a supermarket body wash of the same volume, and for cleaning it is meant to be cut with water rather than used neat.
Lavender and eucalyptus is the most familiar pairing in the range - lavender soft and floral, eucalyptus sharp and cooling over the top of it. Both come from essential oils rather than fragrance, and the scent carries through the lather and leaves the bathroom smelling of it for a while afterwards.
The base is potassium soaps of organic olive and coconut oils in demineralised water with vegetable glycerine. It lathers creamily and cleans without stripping the skin's own oils, which is what makes it workable for sensitive skin as well as everything else. No synthetic detergents, parabens or artificial fragrances.
Use it neat as a hand wash, body wash or shampoo, or at one part soap to ten parts water as a household cleaner. Vegan, cruelty free, palm oil free and biodegradable, made in Australia. Keep the cap closed and the bottle out of direct sun. External use only, and away from the eyes.

Directions
Use directly on skin as a body wash or hand soap, or dilute for household cleaning. For general cleaning, mix one part Castile Soap to ten parts water.
