A mid-strength grade in Nature First's Australian manuka range, certified to at least 100mg/kg dietary methylglyoxal (MGO) — the compound manuka honey is graded and sold on. It's the same Leptospermum-sourced honey as the rest of the range, with a rich flavour and smooth, velvety texture, just a higher MGO number than the 30+ jar and lower than the 550+.

One ingredient, nothing added or taken away. Packed into a dark, BPA-free jar to protect it from light, in 250g and 500g sizes.
