Why so much fibre and how?

Corn Fibre (poly dextrose) is used instead of maltitol, glucose syrup etc It is high in fibre and has the added benefit of being great for your teeth and gut microflora – the perfect “Fibre” marked as Corn fibre from Non-GMO sources. Also, the SAD Standard American and Australian Diet only have on average 15g of fibre whereas the recommendation is 25 grams or more. The bar provides between 9-10 g per bar….good health as ATP fills the gap!

Why are they better than other bars?
