What Shipping Methods Are Available?

BuyNatural offers several delivery choices at the checkout - a standard and an express delivery option. Free Shipping within Australia and New Zealand is offered as part of our normal shipping rates. For Australia, free shipping is offered on orders over $50 and weigh up to 6kg. For New Zealand, free shipping is offered on orders over $99 and weigh up to 4kg.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Absolutely, we love sharing our amazing products with people all around the world. We offer a standard and express International shipping option at checkout.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We make sure we ship everything as soon as we can (and that’s usually the same or next business day). For standard shipping within Australia, your delivery will be received within 1-7 days. In more remote, and regional, areas this can take longer. Express normally takes 1-3 days depending on location. You will receive a order tracking email once your order is shipping where you can simply click the link and monitor your order delivery status. Additionally, you can use the "track your order' link on our home page to also check status.

PAYMENT

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Paypal, Credit Cards, Afterpay and Zip Pay. We will happily take phone orders if you prefer to pay over the phone. Please note we do not store your payment details and we never write your card details down if you ring us and order over the phone.

Is Online Shopping Safe?

Absolutely but you need to take some precautions. Create long and unique passphrases for BuyNatural password. Use a secure Wi-Fi - Don’t make purchases via public Wi-Fi; instead, use a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or your phone as a hotspot. Keep a clean machine - free from malware and infections by running only the most current versions of software and apps.

How Do I Track My Order?

Your order tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is distached - you can simply click the link in the email or visit our home page and use the "Track my Order" link at the top of the page.

Do you accept returns?

Absolutely. We accept change of mind returns as long as the item is in the original packaging, has not been used and no seals have been broken. For more information read our Returns Policy. Please note we don't process refunds for natural wear and tear or damage caused after the order has been received.
