Select your Seller Plan

  • Signing up your business is very easy and cost effective; taking only a few minutes. Select the seller plan that suits your business goals and budget then follow the wizard steps.
  • You can select a Seller Plan where you take care of the order fulfilment or elect to use Fulfilment by BuyNatural (FBN) to handle this.

Setup your Store and add Products

  • You choose a Store name and get a unique, easy-to-remember BuyNatural URL.
  • Add your company information i.e., PayPal or Bank information via (Stripe Connect) so we can pay you
  • Add products into your Store following the guide in the knowledge base.

Receiving Orders and Fulfilling

  • If you selected a Seller Plan that included Fulfilment by BuyNatural (FBN) then you have nothing to do, except wait for the money to hit your bank.
  • Sellers on the FBS - Independent Plan will recieve an email informing them of a new order. You have business 2 days to dispatch.
  • Independent Sellers will update the order status and order tracking in their Seller Centre so that the customer is informed their products are on there way. Funds for this order are then released to the Seller.

Here are some common questions about selling on the BuyNatural Marketplace

How do I get started BuyNatural Store?

Unlike Amazon or eBay where you need to spend a considerable amount of time and effort (and cost) in setting up your inventory and getting products online, your Buynatural Store is super easy.

After you use our online wizard to sign up, you are directed to your Store configuration page from your dashboard. It’s very simple to add your Store details and add your products. Everything is found in your Seller Centre dashboard but if you have any questions, our Knowledge Base offers a step by step guide.

 

Do I have to spend lots of time managing my Store?

If you selected a Seller Plan that included Fulfilment by BuyNatural (FBN) then you have nothing to do, except wait for the money to hit your bank.
Sellers on the FBS Independent Plans will receive an email informing them of new orders. You have business 2 days to dispatch and once this is done, you update the order status and update order tracking in your Seller Centre dashboard so that the customer is informed their products are on their way. Funds for these orders are then released to you.

How do I get paid?

All orders will be paid via Autopay – a PayPal or Bank information via (Stripe Connect) option that allows product payments on every order. All transactions are recorded and made available to you in the Seller Dashboard.

Do I need a credit or debit card to create a Store?

Yes, when you finish the signup wizard you may be prompted to pay a one-off setup and subscription fee. The costs vary depending on the actual Seller Plan selected and if you have selected to pay monthly or manually. For example, the FBS Seller Plans have no monthly subscription and the FBN Seller Plans start from as little as $39.95 a month.

What can I sell on BuyNatural?

BuyNatural sells only Natural, Organic, and Eco-Friendly goods. Strickly no nasties. Even though you may signup, the BuyNatural team will evaluate your items to ensure they meet our strict levels of quality and product ingredients criteria.
