Orders will be sent by Australia Post and will take 3-5 days. Please note we can not ship to any of the following, due to biosecurity restrictions (Western Australia, Northern Territory, Norfolk Island, Kangaroo Island)

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your product arrives damaged or faulty, you may be eligible for a return.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Products that are opened or used.
    • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers.
    • Items not in their original condition.
