YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer is ideal for baking if you follow a vegan diet or allergic to eggs. Made with faba bean protein, brown rice protein and chia flour, it replicates all the functions of eggs in baking: binding, rising, structure, and moisture. Simply mix with water, stir and add to your recipe in place of eggs. Each pack is equivalent to 20 eggs.
To replace 1 egg:
- 1 tbsp of vegan egg replacer + 3 tbsp of water
- Simply mix with water, stir and add to your recipe in place of egg.
- Each pack is equivalent to 20 eggs.
Please note: Vegan egg replacer cannot be used for scrambled, boiled or poached eggs.
