Shipping Policy

Shipping within Australia:
There is a falt shipping charge of $6.50 within Victoria. All other states will be charged a flat rate of $9.50. Free domestic shipping may apply if there is a free shipping promotion. 

International Shipment:
We can ship your gorgeous products to virtually any address in the world, and there is a flat rate shipping charge of $24.00.  Once dispatched, it usually takes 3 to 7 business days. All International Orders will be calculated without GST (local Goods and Service Tax). The buyer is subject to import duty and tax at the destination's customs. Your order will usually be dispatched within 24 or 48 hours upon payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number once your order has been processed.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused in its original packaging with proof of purchase. You are not qualified for a return if the product has been used.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or wrong so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will refund you on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
