Shipping And Delivery

South Gippsland Dairy ship via standard Australia Post delivery services, unless otherwise directed on the shipping details form.  We will only deliver products ordered to a location where we provide delivery services. If not specified with your order, we ship by Standard Australia Post, if you wish it sent express, please indicate this with your order so we can apply the Express Post charges.

Time: we aim to ship all products ASAP in 24 hours of receiving order and full payment.

We will deliver the products to the front door at the nominated delivery address. If you ask us to deliver inside a premise or building at the delivery address and we agree to do so, then you are responsible for all loss or damage in connection with our delivery of the products beyond the front door of the delivery address. You agree to comply with certain delivery requirements specified below and such other requirements that we notify you when you place your order through the site or by phone.

Sign on Delivery: If there is no one or no appropriate person at the delivery address to receive the order or, if you are required to be present at the time of delivery and you are not present at that time, then: (a) we will not deliver the products you have ordered; and (b) we may charge you an admin fee of up to $40 if products are returned to us via Australia post or the nominated courier service. In this instance, we will endeavour to contact you or you may contact us to arrange for delivery at a different time.

Fraud and risk assessment. We have processes in place to assist in detecting transactions that may be illegal or in breach of these terms. We may contact you by telephone or email to confirm your payment information and shipping details. If we are unable to confirm these details, we may cancel your order.

Cancelling an Order
If we cancel an order where the product is unavailable or if there is a pricing, product description error, we will provide you with reasonable notice of that cancellation, and will not charge you for the cancelled Order. If any payment has been taken for the cancelled Order, then the full payment amount, including any delivery fee and other fees and charges, will be refunded to your original payment method or through an alternative means. If your order is cancelled by us before the day of delivery then the full payment amount, including any Delivery Fee and other fees and charges, will be refunded to your original payment method or through an alternative means.

If you cancel your online order
If you cancel your online order within 24 hours after payment you can request a full refund if we have not yet packaged and despatched your order. You cannot cancel your order after it has been despatched from our premises. In that case, No Refund is applicable. In some cases, we reserve the right to review the issues on hand, to consider if a refund is due or not.

You are responsible for all postage/shipping costs for the return the unopened product/s to our premises. If you cancel an order before it is packaged for delivery and despatched, of which we have taken payment then the full payment amount, including any delivery fee will be refunded to your original payment method or through an alternative means.

Fees and charges
We will charge you, and you agree to pay, the fees and charges in relation to an order that we accept:  the purchase price of each product that is ordered and the designated delivery/shipping fee.

GST All fees and charges identified in these terms and conditions and all prices for the Products include GST.

Returns Policy:  All shipping costs for returns are not refundable or qualify for reimbursement. Customers returning goods do so at their own expense.

If you qualify for a refund and wish to return your order, which must be unopened and intact, in new, and in ‘as despatched’ condition, then please contact us to make arrangements to return that product/order to our postal address.

If you wish to return your purchased product/s please notify us immediately within 7 days of receipt of goods stating the exact reason for the return or refund request.

Please provide clear proof of original purchase with your receipt or with your payment documents.

We cannot offer a refund, return or exchange if 14 days has gone by since the purchase date.

NB: We do not accept returns or approve refunds  if you have:

·         changed your mind and no longer want the product

·         ordered the wrong product

·         ordered too many products

·         found the product cheaper elsewhere

·         found a better product elsewhere

·         damaged the products ingredients or packaging themselves

Depending on the problem and issues at the time, we reserve the right to deny or accept returns, replacements and refunds.

If the return, replacement or refund of the product has been approved by our marketing department, we will notify the purchaser by phone or email.

We will only accept returns unopened, in-tact, and in ‘as dispatched’ original packaging.

Please note that we do not refund the original postage fees with the return.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Should the product/packaging been opened, used or partly consumed we cannot offer a refund unless the product has been proven to be a manufacturing or processing fault.

Damaged or Faulty Products
We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won’t get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them in the mail so we may resolve the problem.  If possible, please supply photos of the damaged goods.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund in the said time first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Sale items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items  on our online shop cannot be refunded.

We are not responsible for re-sellers product prices and their advertised sale prices, sorry, be we do not “price match” as such.
