Turmeric Golden Paste can be used for pets of all ages and sizes. Dogs, cats, horses, ruminants, guinea pigs, rabbits, reptiles and birds.
Ingredients:
Organic Turmeric with 5.1% Curcumin:
Used in traditional medicines for over 4000 years. One of the most researched plants in the world due to its excellent healing properties, further enhanced within Golden Turmeric’s Bio-Available, no mess Golden Paste.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil:
Processed without heat or chemicals to retain phenols. High in Oleic acid, Omega-6 and Omega3 Fatty acids makes it one of the healthiest fats on the planet. Its health benefits include it being an active Antioxidant and having Antibacterial Properties. Supports heart protection, keeps coats healthy and helps with hairballs and constipation.
Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with The Mother:
Unfiltered and unpasteurised to retain the mother which is full of healthy bacteria and acetic acid. It has many health-enhancing properties like improving digestion, supporting the immune system and lowering blood sugar levels. It is antimicrobial and boosts nutrient absorption. Helps UTI’s in cats.
Freshly Ground Black Pepper:
Piperine boosts absorption of essential nutrients and plant compounds like Turmeric. It is also high in antioxidants and other healing properties.
Ceylon Cinnamon:
High in antioxidants and boosts the immune system. It also prevents the “cat pee” smell that small amounts of animals get initially from consuming Turmeric.
Dosage for Animals:
Small Dogs and Cats:
Start with a pea sized amount for the first week and then slowly increase to ¼ teaspoon twice a day with food
Medium Dogs:
Start with a pea sized amount for the first week and then slowly increase to ½ teaspoon twice a day with food
Large Breed Dog:
Start with a pea sized amount for the first week and then slowly increase to ¾ teaspoon twice a day with food
Horses:
Start with one teaspoon twice a day with food and adjust accordingly to how your horse responds
Ruminants (Goats, sheep alpacas, cows, etc.):
Start with pea size amount and up to 1 teaspoon only once a day with food
Small Critters (Chickens, birds, guinea pigs, reptiles, etc.):
Start with very small amounts and slowly increase until the desired effect is seen. A pipette is often a good solution to use on very small animals
Please note dosages are a guide only as every pet is different and should be increased slowly until desired results are achieved.
Teaspoon Guideline 1/4 teaspoon is about 2cm of paste, 1/2 teaspoon is about 4cm and 1 full teaspoon is about 8cm of paste.
Tips for Dispensing Turmeric Golden Paste:
Simply mix into their food or add to their favourite treat foods like Peanut Butter.
For fussy pets like cats, mix into a strong-smelling food like sardines.
Except for ruminants, little and often is preferable to one large feed.
If your pet is on prescription medication consult your veterinary practice.
Can be frozen.
