Heat therapy by compress is traditionally used in Western medicine to help relieve pain and inflammation in muscles and joints.

Other natural ingredients are infused for redolent purposes only.

Eco Pain Heat Patches Directions

Open the pouch and remove the patch. Peel off the protective film and apply the sticky side to the affected area with compression. Re-apply a new patch no more than 3 times daily. Short-term use only. Remove and discard the patch after 8 hours. Do not apply to injured or broken skin. Remove immediately if you feel any discomfort. Wash hands after applying the patch.
